Delivery -- Shipments and Returns

Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS with required signature, an additional cost may be applied. Please contact us to choose this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Return Policy

In store returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must be unworn, accompanied by the original receipt and packaging for a full, money back refund. There are no exceptions to the 10 day policy.

Online orders can be returned up to 30 days from the shipment date for an exchange or refund on unused items in saleable condition in original packaging.  There are no exceptions to the 30 day policy. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for the return is our error.  Returns must be sent postage paid.  We recommend that you send returns with a carrier that allows tracking for your protection.

Tights and clearance items are final sale, and are not returnable or exchangable.
