How do I contact customer service?
What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Discover or American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your product is shipped.
What are your shipping policies?
All orders will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your individual order. Once your order is packed it will be weighed and you will receive an email which details the shipping charges that are added to your order.
What if my item is backorderd?
We will notify you if an item that you have chosen is backordered via email. You then have the option of waiting for your item or cancelling your order.
What is your return policy?
In store returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must be unworn, accompanied by the original receipt and packaging for a full, money back refund. There are no exceptions to the 10 day policy.
Online orders can be returned up to 30 days from the shipment date for an exchange or refund on unused items in saleable condition in original packaging. There are no exceptions to the 30 day policy.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for the return is our error. Returns must be sent postage paid. We recommend that you send returns with a carrier that allows tracking for your protection.
Tights and clearance items are final sale, and are not returnable or exchangable.

Can I place a special order?
We have a retail location with many items that do not appear on our website, and we get new merchandise every week. If there is something that you do not see on the site and would like to order from us, please email customer service or call us directly and we will be happy to accomodate your special request. firstname.lastname@example.org
Are the prices on the web always the same as in the the retail store?
The prices in the retail store are not always identical to the webstore, depending on promotions and inventory levels. In addition, shipping charges are added when purchasing on the webstore, and are not added to the price when shopping in our retail location in Salem, NH.
Do the hours change in the summer?
Our Regular Store hours are:
Monday - Friday: 10a - 6p
Thursday: 10a - 7p
Saturday: 10a - 5p
Monday – Friday: 11a – 5p
Saturday: 10a – 3p
